Day in Padma Resort Legian
First time to Bali with a toddler. I was looking for an all inclusive resort with family friendly pools. This ticked all our boxes. This is definitely a family resort. We were so satisfied with everything that was on offer. The kids pool was amazing. Buffet breakfast had so much variety. Good pool side kids menu. My toddler was too young for kids club; under 4 must be accompanied by adult; call me selfish but I didn’t want to sit with a bunch of kids doing crafts. My daughter also loved feeding all the fish in the many ponds. The staff and pool side service was amazing! Very quick and good variety of non-alcoholic drinks (7months pregnant). I have nothing but good feedback about Padma. Good location, right in the heart of Legion. Amazing staff and service. Faultless rooms and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Thinking of making it a yearly thing.

Everything. I get why this hotel is rated so highly among travellers, especially families. The kids pool and the kids club alone offered enough to entertain my 4 year old for 5 nights. Mermaid class, foam parties, dinner parties, t-shirt painting, pony rides - all at reasonable prices. My daughter asked, "Can we live here now?" (aka 5 star review from her). The breakfast buffet was out of this world with so many options. Staff were so friendly and professional. As someone who normally loves roaming off the beaten path, staying in a resort is not my norm, but I absolutely loved our experience here. The hotel is also close to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. Food prices within the hotel are also reasonable and the spa experience was exquisite. A grab taxi to the airport was $10.
